Super-Connector Program Terms of Use
Introduction
Welcome to the Super-Connector Program of the Worldwide Referral Network (hereinafter referred to as "WWRN"). By participating in the Super-Connector Program, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use, which govern your participation in the program. These terms ensure a productive, respectful, and lawful engagement among all participants and within the WWRN.
Eligibility and Application
Extensive Network Requirement: Applicants must show an extensive personal and professional network.
Digital Audit: Applicants will undergo a digital audit to assess their business and personal reputation.
Value Alignment: Applicants must align with the values and standards of WWRN.
Program Participation
Promotion of Services: Super-connectors must actively promote WWRN services using their affiliate link.
Referral Fees: Super-connectors can earn referral fees for successful referrals, resulting in hired matchmakers or introductions to VIP clients.
Annual Contribution: Super-connectors must contribute a minimum of 12 new members annually to maintain their active status or forfeit any future commissions.
Responsibilities
Compliance: Super-connectors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Ethical Conduct: Super-connectors must conduct themselves ethically, respecting all clients' and network members' privacy and confidentiality.
Accuracy of Information: Super-connectors must provide accurate and truthful information about WWRN services and their capabilities.
Intellectual Property
Use of Materials: Super-connectors have a limited, revocable license to use WWRN-branded materials solely to promote the services within the guidelines provided by WWRN.
No Misuse: Super-connectors shall not misuse the WWRN brand, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
Termination
WWRN reserves the right to terminate a super-connector's participation in the program at any time for failure to comply with these Terms of Use, unethical behavior, or any other action that harms WWRN's reputation or operation.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these Terms of Use shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
Changes to Terms
WWRN reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Super-connectors will be notified of any changes and must agree to the revised terms to continue participating in the program.
Acceptance
By participating in the Super-Connector Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.
